8:00 am: Event check-in and race plate pickup
10:00 am: Shuttles start for open practice for DH racers
10:00 am: XC E-MTB race starts - with a racer meeting at the start line.
11:30 am: XC E-MTB race ends
12:00 pm: XC race (conventional bikes) starts - with a racer meeting at the start line. 
(Endurance 1st, then pros, then Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3, and 14 & Under). Each group will leave in waves 1 minute apart.
12:30 pm: XC E-MTB awards ceremony for this race and the overall State Champ
3:00 pm: XC race (conventional bikes) ends
3:45 pm: XC awards ceremony for this race and the overall State Champ
4:00 pm: Last shuttles go up for open DH practice
5:46 pm: Sun sets
Sunday, March 14, 2027
800 am: Shuttle service and open practice begin
8:00 am: 6-10 DH racers must be on the shuttle
8:00 am shuttle
8:30 am: 6-10 beginner DH race starts
9:30 am: DH Practice is closed and the course must be clear.
9:45 am:  DH starts for the 6-10 Elite
10:00 am: DH starts for all others (Juniors, Category 3, Category 2, Category 1, Open with Pros going last)
12:30 pm: DH race ends
1:30- 2:00 pm: Downhill awards ceremony for today and the overall State Champ
6:47 pm: Sun sets (daylight savings time begins)
